刘成,上海交通大学变革性分子前沿科学中心、氟化功能膜材料全国重点实验室,长聘教轨副教授、博士生导师。课题组以"机理→策略→器件"闭环理念为核心:基于可验证的界面机制理解,发展可放大的钝化策略,实现面向工业应用的高效稳定光电器件。 leads the TransOpt group at FSCTM, SJTU, as a Tenure-Track Associate Professor. The lab operates a "mechanism → strategy → device" closed loop, driving scalable passivation strategies for industrially viable device architectures.

已发表 60 余篇 SCI 论文,以第一/通讯作者在 Science(3篇)、NatureNature Energy(2篇)、Nature NanotechnologyJouleNature CommunicationsScience Advances 等发表 26 篇,8 篇 ESI 高被引。授权/申请中国专利 7 项。He has published 60+ SCI papers with 26 first/corresponding-author papers in Science (3), Nature, Nature Energy (2), Nature Nanotechnology, Joule, Nature Communications, Science Advances — 8 ESI Highly Cited. He holds 7 patents.

分子级策略——脒基、异硫脲基、双分子、酰肼基——抑制复合、调控氧化还原路径。Amidinium, isothiuronium, bimolecular, hydrazide-based strategies.

揭示酸性 SAM 诱导的钙钛矿湿法界面氧化还原化学。设计共轭酰肼分子调控氧化还原路径,实现 27.7% PCE(认证 27.4%)及 1 m × 2 m 组件 20.1%,T₉₅ > 1,500 h(85 °C MPP)。Revealed acidic SAM-induced redox chemistry. Achieved 27.7% PCE (27.4% certified) and 20.1% for 1 m × 2 m modules, T₉₅ > 1,500 h.
